I’m Stacy, your very own cheesecake lady! I’ve been making cheesecakes for more than 30 years, which has been more than enough time for me to create the best custom cheesecakes! It took a lot of trial and error, but I’ve created my own cheesecake recipes, full of tasteful ingredients and luscious toppings, each one made to order. Fortunately, my kitchen is up to the task.
When I moved to Portsmouth, from Richmond, I renovated a home built in 1900 and made a 580 square foot kitchen that’s perfect for crafting all the wonderful cheesecakes you see here! It wasn’t always my plan to go into the cheesecake business, but I’ve always loved making them, so I decided to take a leap of faith and start my own business.
Well, in August 2023, I decided to take another leap of faith and I signed the lease on a storefront space and began working. On February 10, 2024 we opened our doors and I have to tell you it’s been absolutely amazing. From selling out every week to having the most wonderful customers I could ever imagine.
My mother always thought I should, considering my passion for baking, especially cheesecakes. Unfortunately she passed before she could see my cheesecake business. The butterfly on my logo is for my mother. So here I am, at your service, ready to make your perfect gourmet cheesecake!
